De’Aaron Fox Flew Out Three Top Of The Top High School Women’s Basketball Players In The Country To Help His Camp
Sacramento Kings’ All-Star guard De’Aaron Fox knows a thing or two about San Antonio basketball talent, having faced the San Antonio Spurs multiple times each season. Recently, he decided to harness some of that local talent to inspire and educate young athletes at his kid’s basketball camp.
Fox made a notable announcement during his camp, revealing that he had flown two high school women’s basketball stars from San Antonio, Wagner High School’s Leonna Sneed and Brennan High School’s Bella Flemings, to Sacramento. His goal was to have them help run the camp and gain national exposure. “We have three top-25 players here that are helping run the camp,” he said. “Two out of San Antonio and one out of Dallas.”

Promoting Young Talent and Women’s Basketball
Fox’s initiative goes beyond just the court; it’s about providing opportunities and visibility for young athletes. “I wanted to get their faces out here, and we see the new surge of women’s basketball in the media that is covering it now,” he added. Leonna Sneed: A Rising Star
Leonna Sneed, a point guard at Wagner High School, is making waves in the basketball world. Ranked No. 26 overall in the 2025 recruiting class by espnW, Sneed has already caught the eye of top-tier colleges such as SMU, Auburn, and Kansas State. In her junior season, she posted impressive stats, averaging 22.7 points, 6.9 rebounds, 6.1 assists, and 4.4 steals per game. Sneed shared her strategic approach to choosing a college with 247 Sports, stating, “My family and I decided that we were going to take all of these visits just because there’s a lot of pros and cons of all the schools. After I take all of them, we’ll go over the pros and cons to see which is best for me.”
Bella Flemings: A Prodigy in the Making
Bella Flemings, a junior at Brennan High School, is another standout talent. Ranked as the No. 12 prospect nationally by ESPN’s HoopGurlz, Flemings has already demonstrated her prowess on the court. During her sophomore season, she averaged 16.3 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 3.4 assists per game. Flemings’ most notable performance came in the 6A Regional Final, where she scored an astounding 47 points to lead Brennan to victory over the defending 6A state champions, the Clark Cougars.
