Tiger Woods and Justin Timberlake Opening Second Sports Bar Near The Historic St. Andrews

Joe Pompliano has reported that Justin Timberlake and Tiger Woods, the entertainment moguls, are extending their entertainment empire beyond the Atlantic and focusing on the historic town of St Andrews, Scotland. Their latest venture will involve the conversion of the beloved New Picture House Cinema into a high-end T-Squared Social location.

Timberlake and Woods’ latest high-end sports bar project, which will have state-of-the-art technology, follows the success of their New York City flagship. Sports simulators, a duckpin bowling area, and darts are available while also preserving two original cinema screens, a nod to the venue’s rich history.

Fife Council has given its approval to the project, expressing its potential to rejuvenate the area. The renovation is expected to bring about 40 to 45 new jobs, which will have a significant impact on the local economy. According to the documents, the plans will allow locals to “experience a broader range of cinema, dining, and entertainment” and will be “crucial in helping to secure a cinema offering going forward.”

The project’s terms of approval require work to begin in the next three years.

The St. Andrews location has a special significance for Timberlake. The ‘Mirrors’ singer is no stranger to the legendary links, having competed in the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship in 2019.

Christopher Anand, CEO of Nexus Luxury Collection, the real estate venture behind T-Squared Social, stated, “We’re committed to honoring the theatre’s legacy while creating a modern entertainment destination.”

Highlights of the new T-Squared Social location:

  • Golf simulators
  • Movie theater screens
  • Darts & bowling lanes

They will be opening their second location, after opening a venue in NYC last year.
