WWE Superstar Zelina Vega Reveals Ideal Super Power If She Joined Riot Games’ Valorant As A Playable Character

WWE Superstar and former Women’s Tag Team Zelina Vega is heavily involved in the gaming and Cosplay communities. Before, she had to stop streaming on her Twitch channel due to WWE’s contractual obligations. The account features Vega playing games like Dead by Daylight, Mortal Kombat, and MARIO KART.

Earlier this month, Vega was in her hometown of New York City to help promote the Valorant Block Party presented by Riot Games. During her appearance at the event, Hot 97 personality Hip Hop Gamer spoke to the WWE Superstar and asked If she was a character in Valorant. What would her powers would she

“I have also related to snakes, and I like that Viper has that feel with the reptile. It reminds me a little bit of Mortal Kombat with Reptile,” said Vega.

“So, for me, it definitely would have something to do with snakes. I mean, I bell dance, so I have that movement. So, that sly moment. I love the smoke, so either it has something to do with that, or I mean Latinos are screamers. So, something like a Banachee.”

A potential collaboration with Zelina Vega and Riot Games will not be her first partnership with a gaming company. Vega is a huge fan of the Street Fighter franchise and assumes the role of in-game commentator in Street Fighter 6.

“I am a real-time commentator in Street Fighter 6, and even just to say that out loud, I’m like, ‘wait, no, is that real?'” said Vega on the “I Hear Voices” podcast. “My favorite is when I get to tell my mom, ‘Hey mom, remember when you said I would never get anywhere with video games?'”

“It’s so crazy to say I’m a part of that, it’s still mind-blowing,” Vega shared.

Her passion for gaming and cosplay fuels Zelina Vega’s success in the WWE universe. Vega’s involvement in the Valorant Block Party and her role as a commentator in Street Fighter 6 make her a crossover icon.
