Jake Paul, a well-known YouTuber and boxer, has partnered with Dog Haus, a fast-growing restaurant chain to make a strategic business move. Ahead of the upcoming boxing match between Paul and Mike Tyson at AT&T Stadium on November 15.
Paul went to his Dog Haus franchise in Arlington, Texas to increase visibility and rally supporters for his new venture.
Dog Haus in Pasadena, California announced in October that Paul had invested in it, which includes both a franchisee and board seat. At the Arlington event, Nakisa Bidarian, Paul’s manager, underlined his unwavering commitment to his athletic career. Paul’s business ventures will be selected, with Bidarian emphasizing the focus on only three key brands.
“There are three brands that he has personal equity in and is fully invested in,” Bidarian said. “No. 1 is Bettor Sports, our sports betting company; No. 2 is W, a men’s personal care line integrated into our Dog Haus stores; and now No. 3 is Dog Haus.”
The partnership with Dog Haus goes beyond just an investment. Paul has agreed to a 25-unit franchise agreement, with the intention of opening four restaurants in Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio in Texas, before expanding to Florida and Puerto Rico. Paul’s creation of a signature sauce was a nod to his personality.
El Gallo (Spanish for ‘The Rooster’) is the name of the Dog Haus menu, specifically for their chicken tenders, according to Dog Haus co-founder Andre Vener, who was also at Sunday’s event.
Dog Haus plans to host ‘Fight Night Haus Parties’ at locations nationwide on November 15, with Paul’s investment, to promote the upcoming boxing match.
Known for its chef-inspired menu and a wide range of offerings — including hormone- Dog Haus is a favorite among sports bar fans for its antibiotic-free hot dogs, sausages, Black Angus beef burgers, fried chicken, and plant-based options.
