Former College Athlete Santia Deck Launches First All-in-One Recruiting and NIL App for Overlooked High School Athletes

A groundbreaking new platform designed for athletes who are often overlooked in the recruiting process is being used by Santia Deck, a former college track star turned entrepreneur, to make waves off the field. Winning Your Way Recruiter is the first-of-its-kind mobile application that combines college recruiting with Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) guidance, and Deck has officially launched it through her sports-focused media company, Winning Her Way. Deck recalled her high school experiences and described the frustration of trying to connect with college track coaches in Texas without guidance or access to helpful resources.

“When I was a high school athlete, I wanted it so badly. To run track at a college in Texas. To get seen. To get a shot,” she said on her platform. “But there was no blueprint—just hours of sending highlight reels and hoping for a response.”

Deck has been successful in both athletics and business for years now, and she is determined to rewrite that narrative for the next generation.

A Game-Changer for Young Athletes

For $15 per month, high school athletes can connect with hundreds of college coaches through Winning Your Way Recruiter’s subscription-based model. The app allows users to see who has opened their emails or watched their highlight reels, a feature that adds transparency and motivation to the notoriously opaque recruiting process. The platform utilizes AI-powered personalization tools to simplify communication, enabling student-athletes to create messages that stand out in crowded inboxes.

“We’re giving athletes a smarter, faster way to reach the decision-makers,” Deck said.

The app’s inclusivity is what truly sets it apart. The facility was built not just for football and basketball players but also for athletes who participate in non-traditional sports such as flag football, beach volleyball, and equestrian, which are often overlooked in mainstream recruiting discussions.

Recruiting Meets NIL Education

Along with facilitating coach connections, the app also addresses one of the newest and most confusing aspects of modern collegiate sports: NIL. Many young players and their families are left confused or unprepared due to the changing rules regarding student-athletes’ ability to monetize their brand. Deck’s app is designed to provide essential education on NIL rules and offers tools for securing deals, protecting earnings, and building long-term personal brands.

“I’ve seen talented athletes get overlooked because they didn’t have the tools,” Deck said in a recent Instagram video. “I’ve seen athletes lose eligibility or deals because they did not understand the NIL rules. So I built the first all-in-one recruiting plus NIL app for overlooked athletes.”

Leveling the Playing Field

Deck is determined to change that statistic, as only about 7% of high school athletes go on to attend college sports each year.

“Coaches, parents, come here,” she urged. “This app is about more than recruiting—it’s about empowerment. It’s about giving athletes and their families the clarity, confidence, and access they deserve.”

Santia Deck’s Winning Your Way Recruiter is more than just an innovator. She is in the process of creating a movement that provides aspiring athletes with the tools she once wished for and a more straightforward path to achieving their dreams.
