“Style and Stardom: Sparks’ Rookies Cameron Brink & Rickea Jackson Shine On and Off the Court”

Los Angeles Sparks rookies Cameron Brink and Rickea Jackson have the ground running since being drafted two and four. Speaking of the 2024 WNBA Draft, both players turned heads on draft night with their outfits. Cameron Brink elected to wear a black and white Balmain high slit dress showcasing her 6’4” frame.

“Yeah, so my dress is Balmain. My shoes are Jimmy Choo and my jewelry is Melissa Kay,”  Brink told Glossy.

Brink has a stylist named Mary who styled her for the WNBA Draft.

Brink was asked why it’s so important to be able to be so expressive of beauty and fashion.

“I don’t know. I think like as humans, some of our highest purpose is to express ourselves and to show the world who we are. So I’m just lucky enough to be able to wear something like this for Balmain me to dress me, and I love just showing the world who I am,” said Brink.

Adding, that she would love to continue partnering with Balmain in the future.

As for her new teammate Rickea Jackson, she was styled by Tosha Stylez. Per Stylez, Jackson wore, “Ella Lisque and Prissy duck designs .”

She would later make draft day history by changing her outfit after leaving the orange carpet into a suit for when her name was called by WNBA Commissioner, Cathy Engelbert.

Cameron Brink & Rickea Jackson Have Made Numerous Apperance Off The Court

Cameron Brink & Rickea Jackson earlier this year had the opportunity to throw out the first pitches at the Dodgers’ game after arrive in Los Angeles.

Nick Hamilton of The Hardwood 94 was able to capture the two throwing the first pitches as well as them being photographered and filmed in the dugout.

The two have also been featured on Sportscenter and well as The Jennifer Hudson Show. They were also spotted at a NBA Playoff game between the Dallas Mavericks and Los Angeles Clippers, where Brink had the opportunity to meet Mavericks minority owner Mark Cuban for the first time.

Cameron Brink & Rickea Jackson Are Helping Change The Endorsement Landscape In The WNBA

Both Cameron Brink and Rickea Jackson have both been able to use their Name Image and Likeness to secure numerous endorsements for their respected brands. Brink has partnered with 21 distinguished brands including Buick, New Balance, and CVS Pharmacy, according to sponsorunited.com. Other brands includes Mattress Firm, Sprouts Farmers Market, Keurig, Topps, Bumble, RITZ Crackers, AMIN.

As for New Balance, Brink recently spoke with Nick Hamilton of The Hardwood 94 about why she signed with Them.

“New Balance is the best in my opinon, I’m bias. They have some great mens’ basketball players hopefully can get more Womens’ basketball players on the roster,” said Brink.

“Yeah, they just support me through everything. So, would love a signature shoe one day and really excited apart of what they do.”

She added that she would like to be apart of the creative process.

Rickea Jackson is not doing bad herself when it comes to endorsements. Per Fast Company, Jackson is sponsored by Burt’s Bees, Honey Stinger, and HeyDude. She is also sponsored by The Black Athlete brand, ZIPS Car Wash, Magnuson Performance, Bojangles, Book Bag Giveaway, and Mercedes.
